Return's Policy

Thanks for purchasing product from us at Vertigo Automotive Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in: original, sealed packaging and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, the product will be inspected. Should it be in a condition we deem to be acceptable, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. This refund could take up to 10 working days for any payment method.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Any banners/decals purchased from our store shall not be refunded through incorrect application. We strongly recommend all our products are fitted/ installed by professionals. No such items shall be refunded unless received in original packaging with no sign of use.
